Hire Terms and Conditions

  1. All hired goods remain the property of Le Fleur Boutique, 47 Middletons Road, Yaxley, PE7 3LR.

  2. During the period of hire, all goods will be the hirers responsibility at all times, until all goods have been collected/returned to Le Fleur Boutique.

  3. £100 refundable security deposit is due one month prior to event, this will be returned once all goods have been counted and checked for any missing or damaged goods.

  4. The Hirer will be informed within a max of 7 days if there are any missing or damaged goods and will be charged at the replacement cost of each item and deducted accordingly from the Hirers security deposit.

  5. If the cost of the missing/damaged items exceeds the £100 security deposit a bill will be issued.
